My experience was subpar, not one I would endorse. Initially drawn in by a laser promotion featuring the latest technology. However, due to the ensuing issues, I have no intention of returning: 1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success. 2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy. The therapist's negative demeanor and lack of remorse left me feeling extremely uncomfortable.
I recently embarked on my laser journey at Elite Retreat and I must say, it has been an absolute delight! The ambiance of the spa is truly inviting, and I'm already noticing positive changes after just a few sessions - I couldn't speak more highly of it! The team at the spa is incredibly understanding and always ready to address any queries you may have. Thank you immensely, I eagerly anticipate witnessing further progress.
