An hour-long Swedish massage was scheduled for my partner, the masseuse mentioned her back was full of knots so she included hot stones which ended up burning her back and causing scars. Now, 24 hours later, she can't lie on her back and is in a lot of pain. I regret arranging this for my partner, she's left bruised.
