Initial visit and quite let down. They didn’t inform me but the sugarist who assisted me was clearly in training. It lasted over 45 minutes! I have been sugared for years and never had a session exceed 20 minutes. I understand people need training and have gone with trainees before but they never charged full price like they did here. Very disappointed, not at the sugarist who was trying her best but at the company for thinking they can pull this off.About

Awarding 5 stars doesn't suffice! I've faced challenges finding a quality brow and lash tint in Notting Hill, but Hannah was absolutely exceptional! The best eyebrow tint I've ever received. She nailed the perfect colour and shape for the tint. Hannah was incredibly friendly and welcoming, as were all the team members I interacted with during my visit.
