Anna has consistently demonstrated meticulous care and expertise in her work, leaving me thrilled with the results every time. A brief deviation to another salon during Anna's absence highlighted the superior quality of her technique, leading me to always return to her. Her nano microblading on my brows has also been a success, maintaining a natural and full look for over a year. I am now considering getting my eyeliner done by her as well. The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and it's really cool to hear them speaking in Welsh, I think.
Lee is absolutely fantastic, she's incredibly kind; the whole team is patient and approachable, which makes seeking advice from them a breeze.

Acrylic nails are super thick from the tips, some are even angled up. My natural nails look better than this mess!

I had to leave my appointment halfway through because they were just making up prices on the spot, and couldn't explain why it added up to £46 (nowhere on their price list).
