I had to leave my appointment halfway through because they were just making up prices on the spot, and couldn't explain why it added up to £46 (nowhere on their price list). Entered the salon, no greetings, just complete disregard. After 10 minutes of waiting, someone finally asked if I had an appointment. Discovered they had scheduled me at the wrong time slot and there was no one available to do my nails.
