The atmosphere is always so welcoming, and it's really cool to hear them speaking in Welsh, I think.
Lee is absolutely fantastic, she's incredibly kind; the whole team is patient and approachable, which makes seeking advice from them a breeze.

Being quite particular about nail care, I was pleased with the consistent skills in acrylic application, shaping, and cuticle work. The French tip shape was spot on, and my manicurist was very attentive. Remember to bring cash for payment. Visited this nail salon for acrylic removal and was charged £20 for it. This is the priciest removal I've ever had, and my nails have been completely damaged. The technician used a drill, resulting in numerous dents on my nails. She was also incredibly impolite to me and then expected me to pay £20 for this service.
