The sauna provided a delightful heat, creating a relaxing environment. Initially, the steam room was a bit lukewarm, but it eventually reached the perfect temperature. The main drawback was the lack of effective cooling options, aside from the ice dispenser. The so-called 'monsoon' shower in the spa offered a variety of mist sprays with different temperatures and scents, adding a unique touch to the experience.
While the jacuzzi was a soothing experience, the heavy chlorination was a bit overpowering. The infrared sauna, unfortunately, felt somewhat ineffective. Overall, my visit was pleasant and enjoyable.About

My experience was subpar, not one I would endorse. Initially drawn in by a laser promotion featuring the latest technology. However, due to the ensuing issues, I have no intention of returning:
1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success.
2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy. An absolutely delightful massage experience! The therapist was exceptional, and the ambiance of the space was equally enchanting. However, there was only one heater in the room, and it was quite CHILLY! The practitioner acknowledged the lack of warmth right from the beginning (and at the end as well) and expressed apologies, handling the situation with great kindness - but lying in a cold room is never a pleasant experience.
