She nailed the perfect colour and shape for the tint. Hannah was incredibly friendly and welcoming, as were all the team members I interacted with during my visit. My experience was subpar, not one I would endorse. Initially drawn in by a laser promotion featuring the latest technology. However, due to the ensuing issues, I have no intention of returning:
1) Securing appointments proved to be overly challenging, with recent bookings necessitating a 2-3 month wait, an unacceptable delay for this specific treatment where consistency is key to laser success.
2) Therapists exhibited a lack of professionalism - being brusque and devoid of empathy. One therapist removed my towel abruptly, revealing my lack of attire underneath in a forceful manner. I felt exposed and uneasy.
