Absolutely splendid experience! Following a day of exploring and shopping, this was the ideal way to unwind. The team was incredibly kind and attentive - I will definitely return!
Highly unprofessional. The initial time they provided me with an impeccable massage. Therefore, I revisited a few days later. This time, the individual with crimson hair, instead of giving a deep tissue massage as requested, hastily applied oil on me. Moreover, they incessantly conversed in their language through the door. To my surprise, before completing my massage session, the therapist stated, "Apologies, two more clients have arrived. My superior is pressuring me to hasten. I will finish the remaining time of your massage on another day." This was unbelievable. They had already charged me and confirmed a specific time, only to halt the massage halfway due to new clients entering. It was unacceptable, but there was no point in arguing as the purpose of a massage is to relax. The exorbitant prices for hurried oil application under stress are unjustifiable. They need to acquire some customer service skills and proper etiquette. This is the United Kingdom.
