Today, I phoned for an appointment and they accommodated me. I was thrilled with the hard gel nail treatment I received as that's what I specifically seek out. The salon staff were incredibly friendly, lively, and fun! I felt completely at ease. They even squeezed in a last-minute lash lift, which was executed flawlessly. I am overjoyed with the service and will definitely return :) Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable, worth every penny.

Honestly, my recent visit was far from pleasant. The hairdresser inquired about my preferred hair wash without mentioning the additional £20 charge for a mask. Incompetent in handling curly hair, I left resembling someone with a day-old blow dry. I had to seek immediate assistance at another salon to rectify the situation, and the result was fantastic!

I must say, the service I received was absolutely abysmal. They are nothing but con artists. Demanded a £50 deposit upon booking, and despite my request for a refund, they refused, citing my 15-minute tardiness. This is not an isolated incident. On discount days, they conveniently claim there is no discount available, as I experienced during my last visit. Their customer service is non-existent. To top it off, my cuticles were cut so deep that three nails were left throbbing, with dried brown blood now staining them. I will never return to this establishment.
