Visited this nail salon for acrylic removal and was charged £20 for it. This is the priciest removal I've ever had, and my nails have been completely damaged. The technician used a drill, resulting in numerous dents on my nails. She was also incredibly impolite to me and then expected me to pay £20 for this service. I could not dissuade others from going here more strongly.
First time ever having my nails done professionally and it was a delightful experience. I phoned and requested an appointment on the same day. They were extremely welcoming and meticulous. I left with such exquisite nails that I may have developed a new habit of getting them done. Many thanks to all at the salon. Later that evening, I attended an award show and proudly flaunted my new nails. I opted for acrylic nails with a captivating cat eye polish. The process took around 1.5 hours, even though they had initially estimated 1 hour on the phone. I suspect the extra 30 minutes were due to my last-minute choice of the cat eye colour, making it a bit more intricate and time-consuming. I highly recommend this establishment. Great vibes.
