After a hair disaster at another salon in Earls Court, I turned to EQ for hair salvation. Not only did they fix the damage caused by the previous stylist, but they also provided valuable advice on maintaining hair health. The professionalism displayed by the team is exceptional, and their genuine concern for the well-being of my hair sets them apart. I am grateful to have found them and appreciate everything they have done for me, both professionally and personally.
I've been a loyal customer of hair EQ for the past 5 years. Although my original stylist relocated, the entire team at hair EQ has been so welcoming that I continued patronizing them. Tariq, Tam, and the rest of the team are not just skilled stylists but also some of the friendliest individuals I've encountered in the industry. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon to all my acquaintances.
My initial visit was far from satisfactory! I explicitly requested a full head colour in the simplest shade, black, along with a blow dry. Despite my short hair length, I was charged around £140, which I found quite steep. What's more, the hairstylist had long artificial nails that made the scalp massage excruciating. She relentlessly pressed on my scalp with her nails for nearly 40 minutes, and the pain lingers even now! I visited yesterday, and my scalp is still throbbing terribly. While she was friendly, the lack of awareness about the risks involved is concerning. I fear I may have scratches on my scalp due to the intense pain. Despite my repeated inquiries about the price, I was only informed after the service was completed, leaving me with the choice of paying £140 in cash or card, which was a bit unsettling.
