I have been a loyal client for six years for my eyelash extensions at this salon. Anna has consistently demonstrated meticulous care and expertise in her work, leaving me thrilled with the results every time. A brief deviation to another salon during Anna's absence highlighted the superior quality of her technique, leading me to always return to her. Her nano microblading on my brows has also been a success, maintaining a natural and full look for over a year. I am now considering getting my eyeliner done by her as well. I cannot recommend Anna highly enough for her exceptional skills and service. Thank you, Anna, for your consistent excellence!
I am utterly disappointed with the quality of my manicure. I opted for SNS dipping a week ago, and to my dismay, four of my nails are already chipped. Despite being gentle with my nails and having positive experiences with SNS dipping in the past, this particular application did not hold up well. Upon requesting a refund, the salon not only refused but also responded in a rude and threatening manner, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against patronising this establishment, as their lack of product knowledge and poor customer service are evident.
