I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience due to the exceptional staff at this Lush store. I visited to purchase a soothing product for my mother, who is currently undergoing chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Ella was incredibly kind and supportive, even including some complimentary items for my mum and me, which was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. A true beacon of light during a challenging period, thank you.
Purchased some items from the Minecraft collection. Oliver was incredibly helpful and provided detailed explanations of the new products in the collection and their functionalities. He truly enhanced our shopping experience! Will definitely return to purchase more exquisite products.
A massive shoutout to the two most delightful individuals at Lush who went the extra mile for me today! They were extremely welcoming and patiently showcased all the delightful fragrances as I struggled to make a decision! They truly exceeded expectations and even assisted me in checking the next train schedule due to a cancellation, and generously offered me a few complimentary items.
