Regrettably, my experience was subpar. I had threading done here about a week ago, and the lady resorted to using tweezers after a brief attempt at threading. As a result, my eyebrow shape was uneven, and it was one of the priciest eyebrow threading sessions I've had. I am disappointed to have to write this review. After reading other reviews, it seems that the salon excels in other treatments like massages but receives negative feedback for eyebrow services.
I just had my lash lift done at their beautifully clean and inviting clinic! The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive! I won't be going anywhere else now! Thank you, ladies, for such a delightful and relaxing experience x
The gel manicure was decent, but upon leaving the salon, I noticed that my nails were not properly filed. It didn't bother me too much at first, but less than a week later, the nails started chipping. I wasn't even doing any heavy work or exposing them to water, as I was on vacation. Normally, I get gel manicures elsewhere, and they last perfectly for 2 weeks. However, for £40 here, it didn't even last a week. Getting a manicure or any nail service here is definitely not worth it.
