The sauna provided a delightful heat, creating a relaxing environment. Initially, the steam room was a bit lukewarm, but it eventually reached the perfect temperature. The main drawback was the lack of effective cooling options, aside from the ice dispenser. The so-called 'monsoon' shower in the spa offered a variety of mist sprays with different temperatures and scents, adding a unique touch to the experience.
While the jacuzzi was a soothing experience, the heavy chlorination was a bit overpowering. The infrared sauna, unfortunately, felt somewhat ineffective. Overall, my visit was pleasant and enjoyable.About

However, there was only one heater in the room, and it was quite CHILLY! The practitioner acknowledged the lack of warmth right from the beginning (and at the end as well) and expressed apologies, handling the situation with great kindness - but lying in a cold room is never a pleasant experience.
