The sauna provided a delightful heat, creating a relaxing environment. Initially, the steam room was a bit lukewarm, but it eventually reached the perfect temperature. The main drawback was the lack of effective cooling options, aside from the ice dispenser. The so-called 'monsoon' shower in the spa offered a variety of mist sprays with different temperatures and scents, adding a unique touch to the experience. While the jacuzzi was a soothing experience, the heavy chlorination was a bit overpowering. The infrared sauna, unfortunately, felt somewhat ineffective. Overall, my visit was pleasant and enjoyable.
For the past six years, I have been a regular visitor to Spa Experience Kensington, visiting either monthly or bimonthly, and it has consistently exceeded my expectations. The quality of the spa treatments is truly remarkable, offering a luxurious experience at a very reasonable cost. Despite its location within a leisure centre, the treatment rooms exude beauty and tranquillity, while the staff display an impressive level of expertise. Some negative feedback seems to be directed towards the wellness area, which can be a bit hit or miss in terms of experience. My advice is to skip that and focus solely on the exceptional treatments that never fail to impress.
I indulged in a luxurious 45-minute massage over the weekend. The experience was incredibly professional right from the start. Lilian, my skilled masseuse, expertly led me through the session with hands that felt like those of an angel. I am definitely planning a return visit to alleviate more tension.
