Less than 24 hours had passed since I had my nails done at Townhouse. I raised a complaint and was eventually offered a 50% refund. However, they were unable to accommodate me to fix my nails, and I had them done for an event the following day, leaving me with this issue on my nails. They mentioned that this could have been due to the length of my natural nails, but this was not communicated to me at the salon. For the price I paid, having 2 nails come off within 24 hours is completely unacceptable, especially without prior warning. I will not be returning.
