Exceptional services, particularly the facials and body treatments. The entire team, led by B, pays meticulous attention to detail and ensures each client receives top-notch service. Their prices are also remarkably competitive compared to other salons in the area.
Awful experience. The removal of shellac was done with a machine, which ended up damaging my nails. When I raised my concern and requested not to use the machine, the attendant seemed irritated, claiming that manual removal takes too long. Despite the shellac being removed, there was still a significant amount of glue on my nails. The attendant was willing to proceed with applying polish without properly removing the glue. When I insisted on its removal, both the attendant and the manager argued that it was time-consuming. It seemed like their focus was on speed rather than quality. The end result was disappointing; the red polish was messy and all over my fingers. I doubt it will last long.
