I underwent half highlights, a trim and blow dry by Sophia and was left amazed by the outcome. She surpassed my expectations and truly listened to my desires, frequently checking during my appointment that I was content with her work. Incredibly welcoming and made me feel completely at ease. Cannot speak highly enough of Lily!! After a disappointing balayage experience elsewhere, I was really upset. Lily went above and beyond to fit me in as soon as possible, and spent over 4 hours rectifying and perfecting my hair. She stayed in the salon until after 8pm just to ensure my satisfaction. She is exceptional at her craft and such a delightful person, she made me feel calm and guided me throughout the entire process. Now that I've discovered Lily, I won't be seeking services elsewhere. Included before and after images so you can witness the excellence of her work.
Absolutely adore my trips to visit Lily. Exceptional hair artist. Incredible colourist as well! I always depart feeling like a million bucks...whether it's my routine trim, or I'm feeling like a change. Lily consistently goes the extra mile. Highly recommend...a huge 5 stars from me.
