I must say, I have never chuckled so much during a visit to the hair salon. I was quite anxious before today's appointment as switching hairdressers always makes me jittery. I valued Charlie's candour during my hair consultation. For the first time in ages, I felt like my hair was in capable hands. I prefer a simple cut and blow dry, but Charlie suggested adding more volume and removing some weight to change up my look. Having a skilled hairdresser who understood my hair type was truly priceless to me... and the outcome is marvellous. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience today. I adore my new hairstyle so much that I've already scheduled my next appointment for a colour treatment as well!! This is a significant step for me as I haven't dyed my hair in over three decades!!! Many thanks to Charlie for creating a relaxing atmosphere and giving me a fantastic haircut today. And a big thank you to the whole team for fostering a welcoming and calm environment for your clients.
