As a local, it feels good to support a nearby establishment. Will definitely rebook for future services without any hesitation. I saw a recent 1-star review prior to my visit, and I must say that my experience did not reflect any of those concerns. It's hard to believe such a thing could happen. I also witnessed an instance where Alex went above and beyond. She received a call from someone about to undergo surgery who was anxious about a piercing. The customer's distress was evident, exacerbated by their attempt to resolve the issue at home. Alex made it a priority, rearranged her schedule, and immediately offered an appointment later in the day. This gesture surely eased the individual's worries.
