Would rate zero if it were an option... The most incompetent physiotherapist I have ever encountered: showing no concern for the patient or their treatment, siphoning resources from the NHS without benefitting anyone. Lacking any motivation for diagnosis or therapy. Utterly lacking in proficiency.
Would give no stars if possible - absolutely appalling service - had a scheduled appointment for 3.30pm only to receive a call at 3.15pm on the day informing me it was cancelled. The next available appointment offered was a month away. Complete waste of time.
Cannot express enough gratitude to the doctor for swiftly arranging my daughter's admission to the hospital without the need for A&E, considering her learning disability and autism. Contacted and seen on the same day. The doctor was extremely thorough and compassionate. It was discovered that her appendix had ruptured, necessitating prompt surgery.
