I arrived promptly for my 11.30 appointment, the proprietor greeted me and handed over a Covid compliance form to fill out. By 11.40, I was escorted to the hair washing section. Nazia (apologies if the spelling is off) is still in training but regularly sought guidance from Porscha. She took her time prepping my scalp for washing (it was quite dirty) and when it was time for treatment, Porscha took over and assessed my hair follicles, suggesting the most suitable treatment. The drying process, using a cotton cloth (for afro hair), wrapped up around 13.10.
I’d highly recommend this hair studio to anyone in need of expert hair care, tailored advice, in a pleasant atmosphere with welcoming team members! Since my first visit, my hair has never looked better thanks to the expertise and services provided by SNM.
