Went for a pre holiday pedicure. Loved it! Lovely, friendly atmosphere, beauticians friendly, knowledgeable & great at their job. Laura did my pedicure, she was fab. Would definately recommend going there. Will be back before my next hol!!
Booked a last minute waxing treatment and pedicure and saw the lovely Laura this morning, from the moment I arrived I was made to feel welcome and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, the treatment room was lovely and warm, clean and welcoming and I couldn’t have asked for a more professional, caring therapist if I tried, what a lovely, calming (yes! Even the waxing!) experience this morning has been, looking forward to my return visit in a few weeks, highly recommend Laura for a luxurious rejuvenating pedicure.
Not happy.Been going there for a year and a half now and rang to say I won't be needing my eyebrows doing and that I'd still be coming for everything else I was having done and to be told there was no record of my appointment in the book! Was told they'd have somebody call me back and nobody did and tried to ring and no answer.I don't like change and didn't want to go anywhere else as I am loyal and like Lauren and Leah as they are the ones who always look after me and Lauren is the one whom does my regular treatment. My brothers getting married too at the end of THIS month and Lauren was meant to be doing my eyebrows in HD, with a discounr too and I was also planning on having my fingers and toenails done too to look my best for my big brother's big day on July 29th! I'm a regular and very loyal customer and love going here and due to my asperger's I struggle with change alot and want to keep going here but was told they can't fit me in til AUGUST😯My brother's getting Married this month and so that's no good.So just not happy at all.
