Extremely let down by the response I received regarding an issue with my Biab nail varnish. They started peeling around the edges after just 4 days, so I had no choice but to peel them off, they were so soft and came off in one piece. I reached out and was told it could have been due to sun creams, chlorine, or accidentally knocking the nail. I've had Biab done for every holiday and they have always lasted 2 to 3 weeks. It would have been more appreciated if the management had offered an apology instead of shifting blame onto external factors.

10/10 absolutely charming individuals and my hair looks absolutely stunning. Georgina truly performed miracles, I feel like my hair doesn't even belong to me, it's so vibrant! The shade she blended was precisely what I desired:))
