I had a wonderful time here. My friends and I had a ladies' evening at this establishment. We began with a scheduled plan for the evening, including some relaxing time in the saunas and pools. I highly recommend visiting the rooftop pool, it is truly fantastic with its jets. The spa experience was fantastic, including the facials. I felt truly pampered. We ended the evening with a three-course meal. I had a fantastic time and am eagerly looking forward to spending an entire day here next time!
We were fully prepared for a tranquil getaway and were not let down. A truly opulent place and a definite indulgence. We spent 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the spa facilities. Despite the hotel appearing quite busy, there was always space in the pools and thermal rooms, providing a truly relaxing experience. I indulged in 5 treatments and found them all delightful, except for the floatation sound bath which was not as relaxing due to excessive peripheral noise disrupting the experience. Breakfast in bed was a delightful treat with a nice array of options. The buffet lunch offered a wide variety and allowed for smooth service as starters were served and we could pick the rest of our meal from the selection available. However, dinner fell slightly short of expectations. The wait staff were constantly busy but the service was not seamless. On our first night, we wanted to order wine but by the time we were given a wine list, we had already finished our main meals. We managed to have wine on the second night but our main meals took a long time to arrive. This is something that should be addressed in a spa of this calibre. The grounds were absolutely charming, and it was with a tinge of sadness that we shed our robes and returned to reality!
Absolutely fantastic, as always. The food and drinks were exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure you felt like the most valued person in the room. We stayed in the terrace suite, which had a turndown service, a fresh bottle and glass of water by the bedside, and thoughtful little touches on the pillow. The terrace was a beautiful spot, listening to the birds and even spending a morning sunbathing on the loungers, in April! What an incredible getaway.
