Had an incredible experience with Wayne today for my first leg piece! Was immediately put at ease when I arrived at the studio, all the staff are so welcoming. The shop itself is immaculate and there are plenty of designs to browse through. Wayne did an outstanding job and I'm thrilled with the result. Can't wait to come back for my next piece. Thanks Wayne! 😆
Fantastic tattoo studio, one of the best in skegness! I've been a regular here for over 3 years now. All the artists are exceptional and it reflects in their work. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. They ensure your comfort throughout the session and take care of you if needed. Very professional and honest about tattoo choices, they won't let you make a mistake which builds trust. I usually go to Emma, she's a brilliant artist and I trust her expertise. The studio is impeccably clean, with regular cleaning and glove changes. They have a private room for piercings and screens in the tattoo areas for privacy. Pricing is fair and reflects their skill level. Overall, an honest, dependable, and friendly tattoo studio. If I could, I'd give them 10 stars.
Had a truly terrible tattoo on my neck and throat by Leah. Had booked in weeks in advance for a holiday tattoo. Upon arrival, they had no record of my appointment (despite paying a deposit) and discussing the tattoo over the phone. Leah had another client waiting, so I agreed to wait for her availability. This was a red flag for the shop's professionalism, and I regret not walking away then. Showed a picture of the dotwork mandala I wanted, but the result was asymmetrical, poorly lined, and lacked the dotwork, with shaky lines that other tattooists have deemed awful. Returned the next day, but the staff were indifferent and lacked empathy. The owner offered a touch-up or refund, I opted for the refund, but it doesn't rectify the permanent bad tattoo. This review aims to caution others about Leah's lack of skill and to think carefully before getting inked by her. Her website bio says "trust me," but I urge everyone to NOT trust her. Subpar work for a £250 tattoo in 2 hours, equating to an hourly rate of £125, not worth the money. Avoid WGTATTOOS to prevent a regrettable tattoo. Would've given 0 stars if possible.
