I requested gel polish. The individual hurried through it, I requested nails to be filed initially, he dismissed me. The colour was hasty and uneven, leaving paint on the skin around my nails. Started filing without inquiring about the shape I desired, filing them down to a square that was very uneven across the nails and likely to chip soon. My friend had the same experience, he was slightly better with her but still displayed poor technique and finish. We had to purchase files to rectify the situation. Discovered that the girl in the establishment we visited also had her nails done there and they had already chipped!
