My visit to the salon for a party hairstyle left me disappointed. Despite the positive reviews, the stylist lacked experience and failed to grasp my needs. They took excessive time on my short, thin hair, and the end result did not match the initial explanation. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they were unresponsive and made no effort to rectify the situation. The pricing, while standard, did not align with the subpar work. Furthermore, the use of unknown products left my hair dry, brittle, and prone to breakage, resembling damage caused by excessive heat styling.
