Regrettably, it was the most dreadful experience I've ever had when it came to grooming my eyebrows. Upon requesting threading, I was persuaded to opt for waxing as well, citing excessive growth (despite always having them threaded even during times of increased growth). However, the additional cost of waxing was not disclosed. Furthermore, an excessive amount of hair was removed, completely disregarding my natural eyebrow shape, necessitating corrective measures. During the threading, she even took a personal call, indicating a lack of professionalism. Lastly, what compelled me to write this review was the fact that she caused burns on my skin with hot wax in two areas. I will never return to this establishment and will not recommend it to others. Utterly disappointed.
I wholeheartedly endorse Savita for her exceptional hair colouring and eyebrow services. The threading process is virtually painless, and the salon staff exude friendliness and warmth in their interactions. Despite being a small salon, the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting.
