I called to make an appointment at this salon for a haircut and rainbow hair colours. When asked if I was okay with the colours they had, I assumed they had the necessary shades for a rainbow look and agreed. However, upon arriving for my appointment, I encountered several issues: 1. My desired rainbow hair was not noted in the appointment book, with only my name and cost recorded. 2. The stylist seemed unaware of my request for rainbow hair. 3. It appeared as though they had forgotten about my appointment until confirming it. 4. I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time to begin the colouring process. 5. Despite receiving compliments on my self-done colour in the past, the stylist critiqued my hair and suggested blonde instead. I had chosen to treat myself to rainbow hair for my upcoming birthday, and I felt disappointed by the lack of preparation and understanding. The stylist's comments made me feel belittled and unheard, with constant interruptions and dismissals throughout the appointment. I left feeling disheartened and unappreciated, with no rainbow hair as intended. The conflicting feedback on my hair colour only added to my frustration. I am deeply upset by the experience and have decided not to return to this salon.
What a fantastic barbershop this is! The staff are incredibly friendly and engaging, providing top-notch service. They truly deliver exactly what you ask for, with a diverse selection of stylists available. From nail services to massages and beauty treatments, there's something for everyone. I even heard that my nephew got a great perm there. The rates are reasonable, and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone. It's definitely going to be my go-to spot from now on.
