After looking at my diagnosis, she explained the injury in a simple way, helped me understand what had happened and put my mind to ease (after the doctors had freaked me out). In the sessions to follow she was always seeking feedback about how my knee was behaving in day-to-day activities, always carefully assessing the knee’s state before devising the action plan for the session. I can see increasingly quick and lasting progress, that Olivia is helping me build upon until full recovery.
