Equipment is not properly sanitized between customers. Unclean files and clippers are reused, nail files are caked in nail debris, and drills are covered in others' nail residue. Witnessed a staff member using the same tools on a customer's feet for dead skin removal, then proceeding to handle another customer's nails without washing hands or changing gloves. Appalling hygiene practices.
Fantastic establishment with a delightful ambiance and friendly staff who always bring laughter. Most importantly, they deliver stunning nail art every time 💅🏻♥️
Attempted to make an appointment, only to be told they no longer accepted bookings despite honoring one previously. Upon walking in, inquired about wait time due to high volume. Was met with extreme rudeness from a man who callously stated, 'I have no idea. If you're unwilling to wait, then don't bother getting them done,' with a haughty tone. Can easily find nail services elsewhere; refuse to tolerate such disrespect and will not return.
