Received an email late on Monday night informing me that my appointment for eyelash extensions on Wednesday had been cancelled without any explanation. Unable to contact them as they are closed, despite their advertised opening hours. It would have been better if they had cancelled with more notice, especially since I am going on holiday and now have to hurriedly find another salon.
I absolutely adore this place for nail treatments. Crystal is exceptional - she consistently delivers top-notch results, is warm and friendly, and offers great advice for nail care. I will definitely be rebooking and wholeheartedly recommend Akala beauty to others.
As a visitor from Australia, it was my first time trying out Akala. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The salon was impeccably clean and organized. Alex, in particular, was delightful and highly skilled. I was thrilled with the outcome of both my manicure and pedicure. Many thanks to the team for a wonderful experience.
