Very let down with the customer service I received. I went today with my 3 siblings, Yasmin seemed rather curt and in a really foul mood from the start, she instructed us to fill in forms. Once handed she asked if I had the c section less than 6months ago and mentioned the massage I will receive will be very light and basic even though I paid full price for a full body massage. I wasn’t aware that the c section would be an issue or I wouldn’t have booked it in the first place. I kindly asked Yasmin if I can get a refund as I won’t be content with the massage she’s offering, she rudely declined even though I clearly stated my reason. I just didn’t appreciate her attitude and how she spoke. She really needs to work on her customers service skills or I don’t know if she picks and chooses who she wants to be nice to. I wasn’t content with the service she gave to me.
