A costly disappointment! My regular salon was fully booked, so I took a chance on Regis Solihull despite mixed reviews. Despite requesting a skilled stylist, my layers were barely touched and the styling left much to be desired. For the price of £56, this was a regrettable mistake. No follow-up or attempt to rectify the situation. Won't be returning.
