Liam was amazing. I took my son to have his ears pierced (first time) he was professional and amazingly friendly. Totally recommend.
I scheduled a session with Liam and paid a deposit. Since booking I’ve now needed to change the appointment (giving over 4 months notice). All of my emails and messages have been ignored by both the artist and the studio itself. I’ve now just said to cancel the appointment entirely because I’ve been ignored constantly and still no reply. I am really disappointed as this was a session to continue a tattoo so now I’ve lost money and I have a half finished design. Really unprofessional and I would expect an established artist to be able to manage their admin but unfortunately this isn’t the case.
