Had a wash and cut by a delightful young woman (didn't catch her name). A very serene atmosphere with lovely staff and I'm extremely satisfied with my haircut. I got exactly what I requested. Had to find a new salon due to my regular one closing, but I'm so pleased I discovered Urban Obsession.
Have been a loyal customer of Urban Obsession for the past couple of years. Victoria and her team are incredibly kind. Always pleased with my cut by Victoria, the owner. I have referred many friends to visit. Prices are fair, especially since I have short hair and require frequent trims. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else now.
Took my two little ones aged 3 and 21 months. I was apprehensive as it was my first time bringing them. William was so patient with them. The cries of my youngest didn't bother him at all. Such a steady hand despite the squirming kids. Thank you and will definitely be returning with them :)
