My repeated attempts to contact this establishment have gone unanswered. I am unable to redeem my gift voucher as time swiftly slips away. Despite calling at various times - morning, afternoon, and evening - the phone number listed on Google remains unresponsive.
Efforts to schedule an appointment to purchase a gift voucher have been met with silence. For three long months, I have left messages with the staff and sent emails, yet no response has been forthcoming. A lamentable display of poor service.
I have never left a hair salon with such a horrendously awful hairstyle. It made me resemble a scarecrow. Hastily, I scurried back home, avoiding the prying eyes of the neighbours, and promptly washed and restyled my hair myself. To add to the disappointment, we inquired about traditional roller sets for my mother, only to discover they no longer offer the service of sitting under a hairdryer. After drying her hair, they proceeded to put in rollers, a method I have never witnessed in my 50 years. Moreover, there was no mention of the steep steps one must climb to have their hair washed - an insurmountable obstacle for a disabled individual.
