I visited the local pharmacy for my skincare products and encountered a sales assistant named Ruby. She was an absolute delight - courteous, helpful, and went out of her way to assist me. A true asset to the store in United Kingdom!
I had an unpleasant experience at the store earlier. The cashier, Ruby, had a terrible attitude and provided poor customer service. There is a need for improvement in her approach. She also made me uncomfortable by paying too much attention to my boyfriend. Beware of such behaviour and stay safe in United Kingdom!
I had the pleasure of interacting with two exceptional employees, Ruby and Dani. They were both professional, friendly, and provided excellent service. I will definitely be returning to the store. Well done, ladies!
