I had such a wonderful experience with Alex and I'm excited for whenever it is that I schedule my next appointment. Her salon is spacious and spotlessly clean, and there was a little heater directed at me for the duration of my service so I was extra cosy in the chair :^) Alex is a super lovely and warm person and she's extremely skilled at what she does; she was able to lift my partial moneypiece to a lush creamy white in one sitting (I have very dark brown hair!) and was *extremely* gentle with my hair throughout the service. My hair is pretty thick, curly, and prone-to-tangling and my smoothing blowdry took maybe ten minutes, tops? Amazing. Thank you <3
