The lady who did my eyebrows was pleasant, HOWEVER, she did not adhere to my requests to maintain the thickness of my eyebrows and only tidy them up. Instead, she ended up removing half of my eyebrows, leaving me with very thin eyebrows which I am not pleased about. Absolutely unprofessional... person lacks understanding of the task at hand and the desires of the clients... I visited for a keratin treatment and it was a disaster... furthermore, upon returning to display the outcome, she failed to acknowledge her error, instead blaming me for expecting my hair to stay straight with keratin... I attempted numerous times to clarify that I desired smooth, shiny, and, of course, straight hair for at least a week... but my hair turned out rough, dry, frizzy, and uneven by the second day post-treatment... which was highly unexpected... I was truly dissatisfied with the service and simply wasted my money... that individual named Uncle Rani showed no concern, and when I requested a refund, they outright refused... Would not recommend their services...
