The lady who did my eyebrows was pleasant, HOWEVER, she did not adhere to my requests to maintain the thickness of my eyebrows and only tidy them up. Instead, she ended up removing half of my eyebrows, leaving me with very thin eyebrows which I am not pleased about. I had spent an entire year growing my eyebrows only for this salon to ruin them.
I am feeling unsure. Had arranged bridal hair and makeup for my brother's wife for two occasions. Before the first event, the night prior, we received no confirmation about our booking or the appointment time for the next morning. I attempted to call, but no response. A friend called the same number and got an immediate answer. Instructed us to arrive at 7am, reached there at 7am, but the shop was closed. Contacted her, she made me believe she had informed me 8am the night before... the makeup eventually slid off as it wasn't properly set. The tikka was crooked and coming off. On the day, we were informed about extra charges for extensions/padding, which were not mentioned during the booking. It's quite deceptive as this should be communicated to the customer when they pay the deposit. For the second event - after explaining the issues with the makeup sliding off, it was set much better and looked improved. So, no complaints the second time around.
Probably one of the worst places to have your eyebrows done. I had to pluck away my own hair when I got home 🤣, they were uneven AF, and the lady kept insisting I hold my eyebrow harder... lady, I WAS 🤣...
