Talented hairdresser but very disorganised. On my initial visit, I arrived punctually and waited nearly two hours to be attended to, although I was satisfied with my hair, so I returned for another appointment. Yesterday, I had another appointment, upon arrival I was informed that my appointment had been cancelled. The proprietor is aware that I travel 45 minutes from Liverpool. Time is valuable, I wasted an entire morning along with money on fuel and parking. Subsequently, no one has reached out to offer an apology or to arrange a new appointment.
Absolutely wonderful! I underwent hair Botox and left with my hair feeling incredibly nourished. The proprietor is extremely knowledgeable, amiable and creates a homely atmosphere. It’s been weeks since my appointment and my hair is still sleek and feels remarkably soft! I journeyed 45 minutes to reach there and will continue to do so whenever I need my hair styled in the future. I typically don't leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share what a fantastic experience I had here! Thank you so much :)
Highly professional, I wholeheartedly recommend and will definitely return when I'm in Birmingham. Had a 2 p.m. appointment and only a few hours to return to work. We began promptly and finished ahead of schedule as well. It was quite a tight timeframe, but my hairdresser made it appear effortless. Superb service: welcoming, accommodating and exceptionally supportive. Bukky executed my box braids exactly as I desired, and everyone is inquiring where I got them done, please maintain this standard!!! Additionally, received the ideal products to complement my hairstyle 😊😊😊
