I had booked my bridal manicure and SPA pedicure here and I could not have been more disappointed. The individual working on my hands did not even bother to push back my cuticles, stating that they looked fine. I was not consulted on whether I wanted to maintain the length or what nail shape I preferred - she simply began filing them until I expressed my preferences. The choice of neutral colour was quite disappointing - they only had three neutral shades, and the one I selected was towards the end and very streaky. It required three layers and ended up being quite thick. No one inspected my nails for gel bleed - four of them had it, and it had to be rectified later when I brought it to their attention. The gel on two nails chipped within a week without any strenuous activity.

I have only visited the art of aesthetics for my eyelashes, but they have consistently been top-notch. I am happy to engage in conversation if you wish, or I am content to let you relax. The pricing is reasonable, and the service is time-efficient. The establishment is clean, and while there is only one parking space outside, I have always managed to secure it. Additionally, they provided me with a spoolie and cleaner to take home, which was a complimentary gesture due to old packaging - not a common practice, but greatly appreciated! Thank you once again, and I will definitely return :)

Today was my first time getting my eyebrows waxed, tinted, and shaped here. I am absolutely thrilled!! The staff are all so delightful and have made me feel at ease. The salon is very clean and professional. Thank you, ladies! I will certainly be coming back! Much appreciated! ✨
