I have consistently had a fantastic experience with piercing here, I have had 7 piercings here all by Wendy, two lobes, two nostril, two vertical labrets and a septum, all are meticulously marked out and as symmetrical as feasible and I can observe tools and jewellery be opened fresh so everything is sterile and clean, and she has always been very friendly, very professional and understanding/mindful of medical issues I have that can affect piercings, all have healed really well with no issues :) Wendy and other staff behind the counter have always been very helpful when I go in with questions about jewellery and healing times :)
Quite unsatisfactory service Deprived money from young ladies and asserting their work is suitable for purpose. Entered to converse about redoing it after it healed and the manager showed no interest. Evidently a medical expert in his hidden alley establishment. No concern for post-purchase care at all, simply stated all data given at the front. Steer clear.
