Had a last-minute nail appointment that I appreciated, but was disappointed by the £8 fee for removal despite having only nail strengthener on. I suggested it could be filed off or removed with basic nail remover, but a strong gel remover was used. I might have overlooked this if my nails hadn't chipped the same day.
