Clueless team dropped by around midday to be informed the chemist was shut and uncertain if it opens at 1pm or 1.30! Inquired if a product is stocked in the chemist as checked online and indicated as available at Boots but couldn't confirm if they had it and advised to call back at 1.30. Went to another chemist store across the street, purchased the mentioned item, task completed in 5 minutes! Boots, get your act together, overpriced and overhyped.
All the guidance on utilising the chemist to alleviate pressure on the doctors.. Visited today for a blood pressure check. Explained I required it for the hospital before my surgery.. Informed by the young woman to visit the doctor's. They are not there to monitor blood pressure, but to identify it in individuals who have not yet been diagnosed with it.
I got what I desired. Supportive team, I requested a member of the team for an item I couldn't locate and she fetched it for me. Excellent service.
