Outstanding service. Both team members were friendly and engaging with impeccable manners. The attention to detail Natalie provided during my hair appointment was exceptional. I never felt rushed; it was evident they were dedicated to achieving the perfect look for me. Previously a brunette with faded blonde ends and naturally dry hair, I was concerned about damage from highlights. However, my hair is now glossy, all split ends are gone, and I achieved the ideal blonde shade I desired! Highly recommend this salon. Despite relocating to Cumbria, I would return in a heartbeat.
